Sharing is caring!

Welcome to Season 3 of the Farmhouse Knitting Podcast!

I’m so glad to be back chatting knitting and crochet projects after taking a bit of a maternity leave.

Today I’m sharing what’s on my needles, something that’s been giving me a case of the cozies, and an exciting announcement here at This Yellow Farmhouse! Grab a cup of something cozy and let’s hang out for a bit!

What I’m wearing

Today I’m wearing a cozy zip back 100% merino wool sweater from Telluride Clothing Company. I just discovered Sierra Trading Post, which is also owned by Target and HomeGoods. I’m obsessed with their sweaters and home decor!

I had to buy a few sweaters to fit my 12 week postpartum body. Hopefully soon I’ll be back to knitting sweaters for myself when I’m all done nursing!

I’m also wearing my Vanilla Socks that I knit with Leading Men Fiber Arts Showstopper in the colorway “Sand Dollar” & Mandi’s Makings A Beautiful Rain yarns.

What I’m knitting

Today I’m sharing progress on my Vanilla Socks that I’m knitting for my husband. I’m using the pattern by The Crazy Sock Lady and Patons Kroy Socks in Flax.

I also cast on a pair of Country Cabin Socks by This Yellow Farmhouse. I’m using Knit Picks Wool of the Andes Worsted in Aurora Heather. I love how the color reminds me of the snow in the pine trees!

A new to me knit is the Winter Honey Shawl by Andrea Mowry.

I’m using Knit Picks Wool of the Andes Worsted in Grizzly Heather. It’s such a pretty ash brown!
